This wizard helps you to complete the following tasks: 

- Specify an incident event that will trigger a workflow
- Select a template to apply to incidents
- Specify who is notified when an incident is updated

For example, you can create a workflow that automatically changes the support tier when an incident is given a higher priority.

Before you use this wizard, you must create any templates that you want to apply to incidents updated by the workflow and to the e-mail that will be used to notify users.
