This wizard helps you create a Service Level Objective (SLO) that is used to measure incident timeliness. You can also define warning thresholds to help ensure that your service level targets are met.

In order to create a SLO, you need:
- The queues that correspond to each service level
- The time metrics to measure
- Actions that occur before and after service level breaches
