Fix the issue
To make sure that messages like this will be marked as spam in the future, either decrease the bulk mail threshold or add the sender to the sender block list. If you're getting bulk messages from a specific sender, we recommend adding their address to your organization's sender block list.
  • To change your organization�s bulk filtering level, go to the spam filter page (opens a new window).
  • Decrease the bulk mail threshold, and choose save. Note: Doing this will increase the number of bulk messages marked as spam for your organization.
Wait 15 minutes before making sure that your change was successful.
