To allow these types of messages to be delivered to the recipient's inbox in the future, do one of the following things.
  • Ask the recipient to change the junk email filter settings in their mail client. For instructions about changing these settings in Outlook, see Change the level of protection in the Junk Email Filter.
  • If you use a system that's filtering messages after Office 365 spam filters, add the sender's email address to the allowed sender list on that system.
