TFSConfig cloudImport /sqlInstance:/settingsFile: Imports a Team Project Collection from Visual Studio Online into the specified SQL Server instance. The SettingsFile parameter contains the name for the new database as well as the Azure Blob Storage location of the data to import. The settings file is downloaded from Visual Studio Online after a successful export operation. It is included in your data export .zip file. After this command is run, the collection can be attached to your on-premises Team Foundation Server using the Attach wizard.
