TfsConfig authentication [/viewAll] | [/provider:NTLM|Negotiate] 
                                      [/siteType:ApplicationTier|Proxy]

    Changes the authentication providers for the application tier web site or
    the proxy web site to the NTLM or Negotiate (Kerberos). The /viewAll
    option shows the authentication providers for TFS sites on the computer.

    If you configure authentication using a domain account, there may be
