TfsConfig   rebuildWarehouse  /analysisServices | 
                              /all [/reportingDatasourcePassword:]

            Rebuilds the Analysis Services database and the relational 
            database of the warehouse. The '/analysisServices' parameter 
            rebuilds only the Analysis Services database of the warehouse.
            The '/all' parameter rebuilds both the Analysis Services database
            and the relational database.
            The '/reportingDatasourcePassword' allows you to provide a password
            for the service account used by the Analysis Services Database to
            connect to the warehouse database. It is required and used only
            when the Analysis Services database does not exist and must be
            rebuilt completely.
