TfsConfig   jobs [/dumplog | /retry]

                  /collectionId:]

            /retry - Finds the most recent servicing job for the
            indicated Team Project Collection. If that job is a failed
            upgrade or patching job, the job will be restarted.
            Once restarted the progress of the job can be monitored
            in the Team Foundation Server administration console.

            /dumplog - Finds the most recent servicing job for the
            indicated Team Project Collection and generates the servicing
            log for that job.  The log will be written to the standard
            Team Foundation Server log directory. The specific path
            will be displayed on the command line.

            /collectionName:* - indicates to perform the action on all
            Team Project Collections. A specific Team Project Collection
            name may also be used.
