To make sure that Office 365 filters messages like this in the future, you'll need to change the rule.
To change the rule, go to the Rules page (opens in new window). If you don't want this rule to be applied any longer, delete the rule rather than edit it.
Click More options.
Change one of the following settings to stop automatically allowing this kind of message to bypass the Office 365 spam filters: 1. If you think you have an overly-broad rule, change the Apply this rule if... condition. For example, a rule might be overly-broad if it allows all messages from a specific domain to bypass your filters. You might want to only apply this rule to certain groups of users rather than an entire domain.  2. If you want to make an exception for this specific domain, use the Don't apply this... condition. 
Wait 15 minutes before making sure that your change was successful.
