To make sure that messages like this won't be marked as spam in the future, you need to remove the address from your organization�s sender block list.
  1. To modify this list, go to the spam filter page (opens in new window).
  2. Choose your spam filter, choose Edit, and scroll down to the Sender block list, choose Remove, remove the sender's email address or domain, and then save your changes.
Wait 15 minutes before making sure that your change was successful.
