Deploys BAM interceptor configuration to the BAM Primary Import Database.
It will fail if XML is not valid or if there is a collision between
event source definitions.

Use the -Force:True parameter to overwrite event source definitions.

Warning: Using Force may delete any interceptor configurations that
reference the old event source definitions.  Always use get-interceptor
to first back up all interceptor configurations.
