Usage:
  ClmUtil -migrateuser -oldUserId "oldUserUuid" -newUserId "newUserUuid" [-newUserForestName "newUserForestName"]
  Migrate user's profile, certificate and smart cards records - from user with old uuid to new uuid
  
  -newUserForestName is an optional parameter, must be provided in case the newUserId is not in the current forest.
