Fix the issue
 To make sure that Office 365 filters messages like this in the future, the recipient needs to change a mailbox setting and no longer trust all messages from contacts.
To make this change, the recipient needs to sign in to Outlook on the web and do the following steps.
Select  Settings \ Options and choose Block or Allow.  De-select Trust email from my contacts. 
Wait 15 minutes before making sure that the change was successful.
