Exempt a hardware type from filtering. 
 
Syntax: 
 
     add filterexemption  
 
Parameters: 
 
     hardware type            - Hardware type (a number between 0 and 255) 
                                that is to be exempted from filtering. 
                                Hardware types are defined in RFC 1700. 
 
Notes:         Parameters in angled brackets are required. 
               Hardware type 1 (Ethernet) cannot be exempted or un-exempted. 
               By default, all hardware types except Ethernet are exempt 
               from filtering. 
 
Example:       add filterexemption 8 
 
               This command exempts a hardware type 8 (i.e. Hyperchannel) 
               from filtering.
