 1. wsrmc /Create:Sched /i:
       must be a valid XML file.

 2. wsrmc /Create:Sched  /PolInt /St: /Dur:
           [/Pol:] [/Desc:]
      Multiple Policy Intervals can be specified.
      All the three arguments - /St, /Dur and /Pol should follow /PolInt.

      schedule-name Name of Schedule being created.
      /PolInt   Use this argument to specify Policy Intervals.
      /St       Start Time for a Policy Interval.
                Use the hh:mm (hour:minutes) format. The format can be a 24 
                hour format (i.e 14:30) or a 12 hour format (i.e 2:30 PM).
      /Dur      Duration for which the specified Policy will be in effect 
                (days:hrs:mins).
      /Pol      Policy to be applied for the specified interval.
                If no policy is specified, Calendar Default policy is used
