On your phone, in the Applications menu, select Email. This application may be named Mail on some versions of Android.
Enter your full email address and your password, and then select Next.
Select Exchange account. This option may be named Exchange ActiveSync on some versions of Android.
Enter the following account information and select Next.

Domain\Username On most versions of Android, simply enter your full email address in this box. If Domain and Username are separate text boxes in your version of Android, you leave the Domain box empty, and enter your full email address in the Username box.

Note Some versions of Android require the format domain\username in this box. For example, if your email address is [email protected], enter contoso.com [email protected].

Password Enter the password that you use to access your account.
Exchange Server Enter the name of your Exchange server.

Choose the options you want from the Account Options screen, and then click Next.
Enter a name for this account and the name you want displayed when you send email to others, and then select Done.
