On your phone, in the App list, tap Settings and then tap email + accounts.

Tap add an account > Outlook.

In Email address , enter your Email address.

Enter your password, and then tap sign-in.

If your subscription includes Lync 2010, and you don't have the Lync 2010 application on your phone, the confirmation page will ask you if you want to install it. Clear the check box if you don't want to install Lync 2010.

Click Finish.

Press OK if Exchange ActiveSync asks you to enforce policies or set a password.

Install Lync

On your phone, go to Marketplace, and search for Microsoft Lync 2010.

Tap Install. As soon as the app is installed, it appears on your phone.

Sign in to Lync Start the Lync 2010 app, and on the sign-in screen, enter your Office 365 user ID and password, and then tap the check mark. Tap More Details to enter your server information.

Access your documents and sites for the first time

On your phone, in the App list, tap Office.

Click to Locations , and tap Office 365. (If you don't see this, reset your Office Hub application.)

On the Office 365 page, tap Set up.

To set up your documents and email, choose Outlook under Add an account.

Wait for the setup process to finish.
