To switch from the server context to the scope sub-context identified 
by its network IP address. 
 
Syntax:  
 
        scope  
 
Parameters: 
 
        ScopeIP        - The scope IP address number for the 
                         network/subnet.  
 
Notes:         Subsequent operations are performed on this scope at 
               the specified server. 
 
Example:       scope 10.0.0.0 
 
               This command switches the netsh command context so 
               that you can use any of the available DHCP scope-level 
               commands for the 10.0.0.0 scope.
