This policy setting specifies the location of a user's personal templates. If you enable this policy setting, users will see any templates they have saved in the specified location in the custom templates tab on the Office Start screen and in File | New and when saving a template their default folder will change to be the specified location. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users will not see templates they have saved in the custom templates tab on the Office Start screen and in File | New and when saving a template their default folder will be their document save location.
