The message was redirected to a folder of the following recipient by the following mail flow rule:

Redirected address: {ForwardedAddress}
Rule: {TransportRule}
Folder: {FolderName}

To make sure this doesn't happen again, update your organization's mail flow rules.
  1. In the Exchange admin center, go to the Rules page, and choose the rule that's redirecting your email.
  2. Do one of the following:
  • Click Edit to customize the rule to fit your needs.
  • Click Delete to remove the rule entirely.
