The message was marked as spam. This happened because an admin in your organization created a spam policy that quarantines this kind of message. To release the message, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Quarantine page.
  2. Click Advanced search to find the message.
  3. Double-click the message and click Release to specified recipients.
