Note: When you close a Remote Assistance alert, the client computer user's request for assistance is closed.
                            To request Remote Assistance again, the user must send a new Remote Assistance request by using Easy Assist in the "Microsoft Intune Center" console.
                            Microsoft Intune Center is available on both the client computer's Start menu and Windows desktop.
                            If you accidentally close a Remote Assistance alert, contact the user who sent the Remote Assistance request, and ask the user to send a new request.
