If you enable this policy setting, Microsoft Office Communicator will not use emoticons in Instant Messages.  If you disable this policy setting, Microsoft Office Communicator will use emoticons in Instant Messages.  If this policy is not configure, then the user can make the choice in Options UI.  Note: You can configure this policy setting under both Computer Configuration and User Configuration, but the policy setting under Computer Configuration takes precedence.
