This policy controls the ability to send or receive unencrypted file through File Transfer. If you enable this policy, you will be able to transfer or receive file with an unencypted client. This is particularely needed to transfer files between Microsoft Office Communicator and older clients that doesn't support encryption. This policy is disabled by default.
