The Merge Agent was unable to mark the subscription as validated. When troubleshooting, use SQL Profiler or restart the agent with a higher value for -HistoryVerboseLevel and check the output log file for errors. Correct any database engine conditions that may be causing internal replication stored procedures to fail, and very that the subscription registration exists at both the Subscriber and Publisher.
