(2) Verify that the AD RMS cluster name exists and that AD RMS is operating correctly by browsing the URL of {1}.
(3) Verify that the AD RMS service account is valid and the password has not expired. Run Set-ClusterServiceAccount cmdlet to update the AD RMS service account if needed.
