Description: Enables all services for the transport server.

Syntax:
WDSUTIL [Options] /Enable-TransportServer [/Server:]

[/Server:] The name of the WDS transport server. This can be
                        either the NetBIOS name or the FQDN. If not
                        specified, the local server will be used.
