DFSR was unable to redirect the replication of the SYSVOL share on Domain Controller %3!S! from folder %1!S! to %2!S!. This could occur due to incorrect permissions on the Registry key: 'HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services
etlogon\Parameters'. Please check the permissions on the registry key. 
DFSR will retry the next time it polls the Active Directory. To force an immediate retry, execute the command 'dfsrdiag /pollad'.
