Office 365 delivered the message to the recipient, and it was moved to the Deleted Items folder. Follow these steps in Outlook to recover the deleted message.
  1. Go to your email folder list, and then click Deleted Items.
  2. When you find the message, right-click it.
  3. click Move, and then Other Folder.
  4. To move the message to your inbox, click Inbox, and then click OK.
