Outbound TLS connections to one or more federated partners will start to fail when the next certificate configured for the local Access Edge Server external edge certificate becomes valid and replaces the current certificate, because the partners do not have the root certificate installed on their server that is needed to validate the new certificate.

The following federated partners will be affected:

%1
Cause: Each of the identified federated partners needs to obtain the root certificate corresponding to the next configured local Access Edge Server external edge certificate and install it in the local machine store of their own Access Edge Server.
Resolution:
If possible, contact the administrator of each identified federated partner and refer them to Knowledge Base article TBD.
