The Windows Server Backup engine is not accessible on the computer that you want to manage backups on. Make sure that you are a member of the Administrators or Backup Operators group on that computer. If you are a Backup Operator, ensure that the DCOM security settings on the remote computer are set to allow Backup Operators to connect to it. These settings are controlled by the system administrator of the remote computer. Note: Only the server version of the Windows backup application can be managed remotely.
