To create and add "DHCP Users" and "DHCP Administrators" security groups on the server. 
 
Syntax: 
 
        add securitygroups [server] 
 
Parameters: 
 
        Server      - IP Address or name of the server on which the 
                      security groups is to be created and added. 
                      The default is "localhost". 

 
Notes:         The parameter, [braces] indicate an optional 
               parameter. The command creates and adds two security groups 
               "DHCP Users" and "DHCP Administrators" along with their 
               descriptions to the SAM database, on the server OR in case 
               the server is a domain controller it updates Active Directory. 
 
Example:       add securitygroups dhcp_server1.contoso.com
