IP Block List provider services are Internet-based services that track systems that are known to or suspected of sending junk e-mail. Use the Microsoft Exchange IP Block List providers feature to specify which IP Block List provider services you want to use. You can configure the IP Block list to always allow mail from domains that you specify. You can also configure the IP Block list to interpret the status codes that are returned by the IP Block List providers.
