The number of pending DHCPOFFER messages for delayed transmission to the client has exceeded the server's capacity of 1000 pending messages. The DHCP server will drop all subsequent DHCPDISCOVER messages for which the DHCPOFFER message response needs to be delayed as per the server configuration. The DHCP server will continue to process DHCPDISCOVER messages for which the DHCPOFFER message responses do not need to be delayed. The DHCP server will resume processing all DHCPDISCOVER messages once the number of pending DHCPOFFER messages for delayed transmission to the client is below the server's capacity.
