Periodically, companies will review their existing vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and quality of service delivery.  Often, the end result of this review is that the company will select a smaller, consolidated set of vendors to do business with on a nearly exclusive basis.   Typically, the vendors that are selected to be among the primary vendor set offer discounted services.  This template addresses the general activities that make up this vendor evaluation and consolidation process.
