A timeout occurred while waiting for Storage Service to enqueue messages. Cause: The Data Collection API attempted to enqueue messages into the Storage Service but timed out in doing so. The timeout is a fairly large amount of time (approximately 10 minutes) and being in this state is generally an indication that the Storage Service is not running, or there is some error in the Storage Service or its dependent components that is preventing it from functioning correctly. Resolution: The likelihood of some error in the Storage Service is very high and looking for error events from the Storage Service will provide a good start to the investigation. If there are no events from the Storage Service, please ensure that the Storage Service process is running and reporting events correctly. Taking this server out of rotation might be necessary to prevent further data loss and will help buy more time to resolve the root cause of the issue.
