This policy setting sets the location for the ScreenTip Language downloads. The ScreenTip Language enables multi-lingual users to navigate an Office User Interface (installed in a language they don't understand) by translating the Interface and showing the results in a ScreenTip (tooltip). The translations are available for every language from Microsoft download sites (for free) and while corporations may block Internet access they can direct users to an internal location such as an Intranet site or share. If you enable this policy setting, you may enter an internal site location where a corporation can copy the ScreenTip languages. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users will be directed to the Office.com webpage where users can view and select languages for download.
