On your phone, in the Applications menu, select Applications > Mail.
Select Create a new mailbox to start the setup wizard.
Accept the Nokia terms of service and select Start.
Select Mail for Exchange from the list of available account types, and enter the following information:
In Mail address, enter your full e-mail address.
In Password, enter your account password.
In Username, enter your full e-mail address.
In Domain, enter your domain. Your domain is the part of your e-mail address that follows the @ symbol.

Select Next.
If prompted, click OK when Mail for Exchange informs you that it isn't recommended to use multiple methods to synchronize your contacts with your phone.
Choose the options you want for Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks, and then select Next.

Lync Send instant messages and make calls.

On your phone, open your mobile browser, go to store.nokia.com and search for Microsoft Office Apps.
Download and install Microsoft Office Apps on your phone.

Sign in to Lync From the applications menu or home screen, open Lync.
Select the Sign-in address box, and enter your Office 365 user ID.
Select the Password box, and type your password.
If you are using the on-premises version of Lync 2010, select the User name box, and type your user name; select the Domain box, and type your domain.
Select Auto-detect server, or clear it, and type your server name.
Select Sign In.
(Optional) If you want to use your mobile number to join online meetings, in Voice Setup, enter your number. Otherwise, leave this blank.
Select Next, and then select Done.

Access your documents and sites On your phone, open your mobile browser.
Type your site address into the web browser address bar.
