The Network Name (%2) for resource '%1' does not match the name of the corresponding computer account in AD (%3). This is usually due to the name change of the computer account not replicating to other domain controllers in the domain. A subsequent rename cannot be performed until the name change has replicated to other DCs. If the Network Name has not been changed, then the it is out synch with the name of the computer account. This problem can be fixed by renaming the computer account and letting that change replicate to other DCs. Once that has occurred, the Network Name for this resource can be changed.
