Information Rights Management (IRM): There was a problem while extracting a protected document's issuance license.  This problem occurred while trying to extract the unique ID of a document's source location.

A protected document's issuance license stores information on the IRM protection.  It is stored inside the protected file, but is digitally signed by the Rights Management Services (RMS) server instead of encrypted along with the document data.
