To delete or tombstone all records or a set of records from the server. 
 
Syntax: 
 
        delete records [MinVer=]{high,low} [MaxVer=]{high,low}  
        [[Op=]Delete or tombstone] 
 
Parameters: 
 
        MinVer         - Minimum version from which to begin 
                         deletion. 
 
        MaxVer         - Maximum version at which to end deletion.   
 
        Op             - 0-delete(default), 1-tombstone. 
 
Notes: Setting MinVer and MaxVer both to {0,0} deletes all records. 
 
Example:       delete records minver={0,0} maxver={0,0} op=1 
 
               This command marks all records on the WINS server as 
               tombstoned.
