    {0,-25} - Install Data Quality Services in the provided instance. (Default)
    {1,-25} - Uninstall Data Quality Services from the provided instance.
    {9,-25} - Upgrade Data Quality Services for the provided instance, to current version.
    {2,-25} - Install Data Quality Services while skipping recreating the DQS databases and only upgrade DQS DLLs.
    {3,-25} - Export all server knowledgebases.
    {4,-25} - Import knowledgebases file to server.
    {5,-25} - The collation of DB catalogs to install. The collation should be case insensitive.
    {6,-25} - The .dqsb file name used to import/export server backup data.
    {10,-25} - Specify the SQL Server instance name that this installer will run against.
    {7,-25} - Show this usage message.
 
 When catalog collation is not specified the default collation being used is {8}.
