"Specifies whether to remove the Disconnect option from the Shut Down Windows dialog box on Terminal Services clients. You can use this setting to prevent users from using this familiar method to disconnect their client from a terminal server. If the status is set to Enabled, Disconnect does not appear as an option in the drop-down list in the Shut Down Windows dialog box. If the status is set to Disabled, Disconnect always appears as an option in the drop-down list. If the status is set to Not Configured, the appearance of the Disconnect option is not specified at the Group Policy level. Note: This setting affects the Shut Down Windows dialog box only. It does not prevent users from using other methods of disconnecting from a Terminal Services session. This setting also does not prevent disconnected sessions at the server."
