This policy setting allows you to force printing of dark colors.  By default, appointments and meetings categorized with dark colors are printed with lighter versions of those colors. 

If you enable this policy setting, you will force the dark colors to be printed.

If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, appointments and meetings categorized with dark colors are printed with lighter versions of those colors.
