After you enter a Federation Service Uniform Resource Locator (URL), you can go to the specific Web site, virtual directory, or Web application to edit resource-specific settings and enable the AD FS Web Agent on the resource. This URL will be used for all Web sites and Web applications on this computer where the AD FS Web Agent is enabled.
