|Parameter Data Generation Options screen
Configuration tab
Testable objects
Lists subprograms and their arguments. By default, all input argument values are generated by the Tester. To manually configure any argument, check it and specify a data generator with the desired parameters.
Click a subroutine name to configure the Object. After you expand the node, you will see the list of arguments for this subroutine. Check the box near the argument name to configure the argument. You are allowed to check multiple arguments, but their types should belong to the same family if you want to configure them indentically.Selected parameters
Name - Name of the configured argument in its Oracle format
Data type - Type family of the argument
Generator type - This is the type of a generator selected for the subroutine argument. You may change this generator and/or its parameters.Object configuration
Number of times the object is called - This parameter defines how many times the object is invoked with different input arguments.Data tab
Data
You can view the test data generated for each object. This tab is populated only after the test case has been executed or the Generate button was clicked.Generate
Show values, that will be used as arguments when running the object according to the current configuration settings. The name of this button changes to Regenerate if you have run generation from this Wizard before in the current test case.Save
Saves the current test case. If you are creating a new test case, the Tester will ask you for the name, under which to store it. If the anonymous project has not been saved yet, SSMA will also ask for a new project name. A previously saved test case can be viewed later in Test Console after closing SSMA application. If you fail to save current test case, all of your wizard settings will be lost.|
