Scoping filters can be used to filter 'assigned' source objects to determine if they are in scope for provisioning or not. A source object is considered in scope for provisioning if any scope evaluates to 'true'. A Scope in turn evaluates to 'true' only if all the clauses inside the scope evaluate to 'true'.

Note that scoping filters will only be applied if the source object is 'assigned' to start with.
