WINS will not start because the existing WINS database needs to be converted to the Windows 2000 format. WINS has initiated this conversion using a process called JETCONV. Once the conversion is successfully completed, WINS will be restarted. The conversion will take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour depending on the size of the databases to be converted. NOTE: Rebooting or ending the JETCONV process before it is completed could corrupt your databases. Check the Application Log in the Event Viewer for the status of JETCONV.
