Overview Role Centers provide a single point of access to role-specific information and work items. Enterprise Portal is a Web-based application that provides access to Microsoft Dynamics AX data and allows users to participate in business processes via the Web. The Enterprise Portal framework is required to run Role Centers. Prerequisites You must be able to connect to a running Microsoft Dynamics AX system on which the Initialization Checklist has been completed. Setup will connect to an AOS using the .NET Business Connector. If the .NET Business Connector has not been installed, Setup will install it for you. If Internet Information Services and Windows SharePoint Services have not been installed, Setup will install them for you.
