PropertyName is an enumeration of the properties: 0 = LPTPortMapping, 1 = COMPortMapping, 2 = AudioMapping, 3 = ClipboardMapping, 4 = WindowsPrinterMapping. Each of them is a flag that is either False or True .according as Value is set to 0 or 1 respectively. The call returns 0 for success if the PropertyName is not under Group Policy / Server-overridable and an error otherwise.
